How billing works

Same product price — the checkout path changes for Shopify App Store compliance.

Shopify connector rules

  • 1.Shopify merchants can only be charged through Shopify App Billing — not Stripe.
  • 2.An active Stripe subscription disables the Shopify connector. Cancel or let Stripe Pro end before connecting a store.
  • 3.The Shopify connector is available only on Free or Shopify Pro (billed through Shopify).

Stripe

Default for creators without a Shopify store. Subscribe from your Profile after signup. Card billing is handled by Stripe. Stripe Pro does not include Shopify connection.

Shopify

When you install or connect the Creator Wallet Shopify app, Pro is billed only through Shopify App Billing. You approve the plan in Shopify admin.

Platform fees stay with each platform

YouTube, Shopify, Stripe Connect, Patreon, and others keep their own processing fees and payout schedules. Creator Wallet does not take a percentage of those sales — the subscription is only for the unified dashboard.
